1. Scope of these terms
These terms govern the use of nebixu-cesumo.info and enrollment in live virtual pottery classes offered by Nebixu Cesumo Studio, operated from Staudgasse 33, 1180 Wien, Austria. By booking a class or using this site, you accept these terms.
2. Description of services
We provide live, instructor-led virtual pottery classes taught in small groups over video, together with a physical clay kit shipped to participants ahead of each session. Class content, kit contents, and scheduling are described on the Packages and Clay Kit pages and may vary by session type.
3. Enrollment and scheduling
Enrollment requests are submitted through the contact form, email, or phone, and are confirmed separately once availability and shipping timelines are checked. Group sizes are limited, and availability for a given time slot is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.
4. Clay kit shipping
Kits are shipped to arrive with a reasonable buffer before the scheduled session. Delivery timing depends on the carrier and destination, and delays outside our control, such as customs or postal disruptions, are not our responsibility, though we will assist where reasonably possible.
5. Cancellations and rescheduling
Requests to cancel or reschedule a session should be made as early as possible by contacting the studio directly. Because kits are shipped ahead of time, cancellations made close to a session date may not allow for kit costs to be recovered.
6. Firing and return of finished pieces
Firing and glazing of finished pieces are handled after a piece is returned to the studio using prepaid packaging. Turnaround times vary depending on kiln scheduling and are provided as general estimates rather than fixed commitments.
7. Liability
Working with clay, tools, and small electric equipment such as a worktop wheel carries inherent handling risks. Participants are responsible for setting up a safe workspace at home. To the extent permitted by Austrian law, liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from participation is excluded.
8. Intellectual property
Course materials, instructional content, and this website's text and design remain the property of Nebixu Cesumo Studio and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Austrian law. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions under Austrian and EU law remain unaffected.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in how classes or kits are administered. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
